Dear all, this is to inform you ... ... the final judgement and result of the German Constitutional Court (BVG) will be announced presumably in February next year but one of our member ALSes from Germany – FoeBud and Rena Tangens – were among the driving forces to file a court sue against the German government to renounce the data retention law what was adopted some years ago.
