Hello all, a kind reminder that if you are not able to make it to the GA in Helsinki or if you are not going to be able to attend it using remote participation, then please email your proxy to staff@atlarge.icann.org -- in other words, email them with details of who you are delegating your power to. The people currently likely to be present in Helsinki are listed in: https://community.icann.org/x/QkiAAw Remote participation is shown from the agenda on: https://community.icann.org/x/ni_AAw If you think you might be able to participate remotely, but are unsure and might be delayed, it is safer to issue a proxy to someone else and if you are present on the call, you can always cancel it at the start of the meeting.
