Dear Sébastien, every year we conduct a poll and arrive at the conclusion that the Tuesday evening is best - but there are circumstances where many people will not be able to make it on a specific Tuesday evening. Actually, on Tuesday 15th January is the EuroDIG preparation meeting in The Hague, so this date/time might be challenging to me too, as well as several of our colleagues - Yrjö, Tatiana, Sandra, etc. When staff return in January, should I ask to defer the EURALO monthly call by one week, to Tuesday 22nd January? Tuesday 22 does not work for me. Incidentally, Tuesday is together with Friday the worst day of the week for me. I don’t want to oblige everybody else to move to a different day of the week, but I wonder whether in this particular circumstance, since we are moving away from the regular scheduled time, we could have a Doodle poll with other alternatives. every year we conduct a poll and arrive at the conclusion that the Tuesday evening is best - but there are circumstances where many people will not be able to make it on a specific Tuesday evening. Actually, on Tuesday 15th January is the EuroDIG preparation meeting in The Hague, so this date/time might be challenging to me too, as well as several of our colleagues - Yrjö, Tatiana, Sandra, etc. When staff return in January, should I ask to defer the EURALO monthly call by one week, to Tuesday 22nd January?
