Dear ALAC/AtLarge colleagues! Warmest Greetings from Moldova! Back in LA meeting ALAC has launched a "OneDay" workshop initiative. "OneDay" initiative is part of the Organizational Development @ ALAC. With the formation of all five RALOs, ALAC/AtLarge Organizational Development represents the single most important parameter when considering the sustainability of any changes that may have been put in place during the process. Because the results of the LA meeting have proven the need to continue the initiative, the second phase of the "OneDay" has been organized on February 10, 2008 in New Delhi. Today, the “OneDay” Workshop team is happy to provide you with a report on that meeting.
