Sebastien I would suggest that you prepare a proposal and a couple of slides to explain the issue to our next meeting, so that the matter can be meaningfully discussed and we have an output objective for people to consider. Also if you can give Ricardo an idea of how much time you need for your presentation, then he can add it to the agenda already. Yes, there is a lot to discuss. I am waiting for a date from the staff for the next meeting. This next week seems to be busy with the prep week for ICANN 68. Fortunately the comments are due August 2nd for the MSM.

As for the ICANN org is a reorganization, that for sure we may discuss on the OFBWG, but there is no public comment for it. Yes, If decided we may send a letter to the President or the Board with our thoughts.

In the meantime a good read of the second blog post mentioned and its links will help the discussion.
