Following the comments from Carlos and Amr, I’ve updated the preliminary recommendations document to reflect their feedback. You’ll find attached both the redline and clean version, as well as the clean version in pdf format.

Manal, Jonathan, will you distribute this document to the GAC and GNSO Council so everyone will hopefully have an opportunity to review the document prior to the joint GAC-GNSO Council meeting in Singapore? If easier, I’m sure Olof and I will be happy to assist as well to get this document shared with the respective groups.
