Very well structured and thought out ..

Regarding the considered options, I believe some options can be implemented simultaneously and some, if implemented, would automatically exclude others .. For example, we can implement 'reverse liaison', 'recurring joint meetings' as well as 'early awareness & notifications' all simultaneously .. Yet if we agree to have "Group of existing GNSO Council PDP Liaisons interacting with the GAC", this would automatically exclude having "Topic Leads / Buddy System" implemented, right?

If yes, then I believe it would be useful if we also try to identify beside the title of each option, other options it excludes .. As this would also guide us later when comparing and contrasting pros & cons of each ..

Thoughts?

All, as mentioned by Manal, please find attached the updated table in which we've provided some suggested language starting on page 2 (see attached). Do note, that due to space limitations, we had to reorganise the table and create separate ones for each option currently being explored. Also, we added a row for overall assessment which will hopefully allow the consultation group to summarise its views and allow easy comparison between the different options. Of course, it goes without saying that our suggested language should in no way be seen as restricting or directing the conversation – it is merely intended to get the conversation started.
