We, Jonathan and I, would like to particularly highlight the following urgent actions, for those who were not on the call yesterday:

- The deadline for submitting comments on the charter was agreed to be next Friday, Jan. 10^th

- Call for volunteers to lead 2 tracks of work, GAC-GNSO day-to-day cooperation & GAC Early Engagement in GNSO PDP .. Both agreed to work in parallel with 2 different leads and the participation of the entire group

Looking forward to receiving comments and welcoming volunteers ..

Should "Who will be affected...." change to "Who is impacted by this issue and proposals resulting from this consultation group"?

Clarify timeline

Clarify whether this is a one-time effort, or an ongoing iterative project

• Iron out the differences between staff structure -- include Secretariats
• Anyone interested in gtld policy -- explicitly mention GAC and GNSO

• Timely exchange of information
• Delete the phrase from "out of scope”?

• Approach in the charter is OK - two tracks w/leaders, work as a single group
