Please follow requested feedback guidance found within the document tab: Section 2. IRT Review Instructions, and identify any text that you CANNOT LIVE WITH (provide text that you could support in your comment; and please select only the specific part of text that you cannot live with);

· Please hold back on comments on smaller issues - we are looking for any changes in direction for these TQs to prepare them for submission to the GNSO Council.

To reduce confusion, tabs with “Archive” and in red text can be ignored.
