Thanks, Amy. This looks like a good start. I am a bit confused by the first sentence in §II. “As a condition of obtaining and maintaining ICANN accreditation, privacy and proxy service providers must enter and maintain in effect accreditation agreements with ICANN.” Does the first mention of “accreditation” in that sentence refer to something other than privacy/proxy accreditation? It’s a bit confusing the way it reads.

This is a reminder that we are seeking your feedback on the draft Privacy and Proxy Service Provider Accreditation Policy outline. Please send your feedback to the list no later than Monday, 12 December so that we can discuss on our 13 December IRT call.
The majority of the 13 December IRT call will be dedicated to your feedback on the outline. Thus, the length of the call will be largely dependent on how much feedback you would like to share. I’ll also share a slightly updated project timeline, taking into account our biweekly meeting schedule. I won’t have anything ready to report from the Board meeting yet, as it is now scheduled for the same day as our meeting.
