Just a few comments on the De-accreditation draft.

 

The opening paragraph seems to over simplify this document “…developed this procedure for managing notifications to customers…”, the draft details more than just customer notifications.

 

Do we need to add something like “…with community input…” in the second paragraph?

 

Section 2.6 refers to notifications in “Section 3.3”, I assume this is just a bad reference?

Attached, please find the most recent redline version of the Privacy and Proxy Provider Accreditation Agreement.  During today’s IRT call, I will provide an outline of the changes to guide your review and feedback in the upcoming weeks.  We do not expect you to review and provide comments prior to today’s call, as you are just now receiving the document.

 

I look forward to speaking to you in about an hour.  In addition to the updated PPAA, we will continue discussing the De-Accredited Provider Transition Procedure (attached) and the provider application (attached).  Thank you to Greg and Theo for your comments and questions on the draft application; we will discuss them during today’s call.
