Dead Colleagues,

The next Privacy and Proxy Service Provider Accreditation Program IRT meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 20 June, at 1400 UTC. I hope you can all attend.

In advance of the call, please review and share any feedback you have on the draft PSWG proposal redline/discussion document on the list (and come to the call prepared to discuss so that we can finalize this document by Weds.).

In addition, we plan to discuss the following topics:

1. Logistics for ICANN59 session with PSWG
2. RDDS labeling—seeking final IRT input on labeling requirement (poll will also be distributed on Tuesday). The options are:
   1. Require Provider name, ICANN ID, and URL for ICANN-managed webpage in Registrant Name or Registrant Organization field.
   2. Require Provider name and ICANN ID in Registrant Name or Registrant Organization field.
   3. Require Provider name, ICANN ID, and URL for ICANN-managed webpage in Registrant Organization field.
   4. Require Provider name and ICANN ID in Registrant Organization field.
3. Data Escrow—seeking IRT input on specific escrow requirements. Industry standards for data escrow have been updated since the RAA was drafted. Ideally, these newly accredited providers would be subject to the most up-to-date standards, but this could create issues if a Provider is able to satisfy data escrow requirements via an Affiliated registrar’s deposits. This issue will be discussed on the call and a follow-up poll will be distributed so that we can determine which specifications should be added to the draft v1 PPAA.
