Dear IRT,

Thank you for posting the clarifying questions on the Commentable Final Reports. I see that questions have stopped, and all are replied to. At the next IRT meeting on 19 September 2024, we will review all Clarifying Questions we’ve not reviewed at prior the meetings.

With that, we’d like to shift your focus to the Comments of Concerns. This task was originally for all Recommendations, but we’ve decided to make them 3 tasks to focus on sections at a time. First will be Recommendations 1 to 7. 2^nd 8 to 14 and 3^rd 15 to 21.

This task is the first of the three due by 16 Sep 2024.

Concerns should be focused on implementability of the recommendation. Is the recommendation implementable as written?

I’ll be issuing two more tasks following this one as we make progress. You are welcomed to work in advance to make your Comments of Concern for all recommendations of course but please complete your comments for the recommendations 1 to 7 first.
