Regarding your request for a list of PP providers, while registrars are required to provide information to ICANN in the RIS in re PP providers, this information is not currently made publicly available. Hi Luc,

Thank you for your emails and your comments in the Implementation Plan document. Regarding your request for access to a list of affiliated P/P providers, we are looking into this and will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Regarding your inquiry about the participation of ICANN org’s Finance team, we do not view Finance as a core member of the ICANN org implementation team because we do not believe the recommendations will have a significant impact on Finance’s function or require its ongoing participation through the implementation phases. However, during the process of implementation, we will provide regular cross-functional updates and engage different functions as necessary as the work progresses. 

We are also not currently envisioning the type of accreditation program that was originally proposed by the 2016 IRT (Model 1 discussed last year by this IRT). During our next phase of work, following finalization of the Implementation Plan, the IPT will share a proposed flow of requirements based on the IRT’s input on previously discussed accreditation models [icann-community.atlassian.net], consistent with the GNSO Council’s guidance [icann-community.atlassian.net]. These discussions will serve as the foundation for Consensus Policy drafting, as outlined in the work breakdown and Implementation Plan.

I was listening to the recordings and realised I may not have fully understood your reply to my question. Sorry about that.

Could you please confirm that no member of the ICANN Finance team is involved because ICANN does not intend to turn this accreditation system into a revenue-generating mechanism, in particular by introducing a high accreditation fee, as was briefly envisaged by your predecessors?

Having this information would allow us to assess actual, existing services rather than relying on theoretical models.

I do not believe this information is subject to confidentiality obligations, so I assume there should be no obstacle to sharing it.

Hello IRT,

Thanks to all who were able to participate in yesterday's meeting. Please find a recap of the meeting, the current IRT task, and information on the next meeting below. The Zoom recording is available on the PPSAI meeting Wiki space [icann-community.atlassian.net].

Meeting topics covered:

• High-level review of GNSO Council guidance

• The IPT reviewed the Council’s guidance [icann-community.atlassian.net] to reorient IRT members. 
• The IPT and IRT will revisit the Council’s guidance in greater detail in future implementation discussions.

• Introduction of Draft Implementation Plan

• The Draft Implementation Plan [docs.google.com] was reviewed at a high-level to orient IRT members on the content and structure, and to highlight the inputs and considerations taken into account for planning, in accordance with the Consensus Policy Implementation Framework (CPIF) and the IRT Principles & Guidelines. 
• The IPT additionally shared a work breakdown [drive.google.com] to show how the work would be organized.

IRT Task:

• Review the Draft Implementation Plan [docs.google.com] by the end of day 15 January. Please highlight the appropriate area of text and add your comments accordingly.
• Following receipt of IRT input, the IPT will review and respond to the IRT’s input in advance of the next IRT meeting.

Next IRT meeting:

• The IRT’s next meeting will be on Thursday, 22 January at 15:30UTC.
• The goal of this meeting will be for the IRT and IPT to align on the Implementation Plan and finalize the document.
