Amy, regarding the discussion document, I believe your comment AB10 in 4.1.2 is now moot because in 4.1.1 we have proposed to define “actioned” by reference to 4.2 (disclosure) and 4.3 (customer notification).
Also I assume PSWG will be provided with a redline version as well so that it is easy to see what changes we are proposing.
