Dear Colleagues,

We will not have a privacy/proxy IRT meeting this upcoming Tuesday, 1 May, as we don’t have any new items to discuss next week. ICANN org intends to have the more detailed document on the fees-setting process, as referenced by Xavier Calvez on Tuesday’s call, ready to share with the IRT by the end of next week.

In terms of overall timeline, we are currently doing final reviews of the draft accreditation agreement and doing some outreach to the data escrow agents with respect to the draft escrow specification. We will need to discuss both with you prior to proceeding to the public comment period, so it’s looking like it will be at least late May by the time we are able to reach that point.
