Dear Colleagues,

I hope you are well! I have an update on the PP IRT’s status. ICANN org is reviewing of all of the materials that ICANN and the IRT have been working on in preparation for public comment. As a reminder, we are planning to post the following items for public comment, once these are final (and following your final review of these documents): (a) the draft PPAA; (b) the draft PP Accreditation Policy document; (c) the draft PP De-Accreditation and Transition Procedure; (d) the PP Accreditation Program fees proposal; (e) the PP Service Provider Accreditation Applicant Guide; and (f) a list of any unresolved items and questions for community discussion.

Our next meeting will be at ICANN63 (Weds, 24 Oct, 13:30 local time). We plan to distribute these materials to you prior to ICANN63 so that we can discuss any further feedback, comments, or questions you may have during our working meeting in Barcelona.
