As promised, to further our discussion on recommendations that may be impacted by changes in law, inconsistencies, gaps in ICANN consensus policy in today's current environment, we are assigning the review of

Please note that this is an annotated excerpt of the
Draft Privacy and Proxy Service Provider Accreditation Agreement (PPAA) from 13 Sept 2018, and intentionally omits portions of the full draft PPAA to simplify the IRT review process.

of the assessment for guidance on making comments.
We request your review and feedback to the assessment comments in preparation for further discussion in our next IRT meeting Session #14, Thursday 13 February 2025.
