To echo Mary,
GDD owns and manages the implementation processes and
manages the associated timetables.
With respect to
the distribution of meeting invitations and publication of
meeting times, agendas, etc., all IRT members should be
receiving reminders before each meeting. If you aren’t,
please let us know so that we can remedy that. Meeting
materials are also posted on the individual IRT wiki pages
(including the privacy/proxy IRT page), but if you have
other ideas that you think would help as far as the
publication of meeting details, please don’t hesitate to
recommend them.

Hi Michele and everyone,
The short answer is that
GDD is responsible for the entire implementation lifecycle
and thus manages the IRTs that are formed. Recently, in
conjunction with the Policy & Implementation Working
Group, a detailed Consensus Policy Implementation Framework
was developed and published to explain the various steps and
roles of e.g. staff, IRT, GNSO Council etc. A description
and the full Framework is available at
https://www.icann.org/policy/implementation,
where there is also a link to each of the ongoing IRTs
(including this one).

Hello all,
As IRTs are formed after
completion of a PDP and following Board adoption of the
policy, the GNSO policy team does not manage that work which
is focused mainly on operational implementation. That’s why
we are not able to maintain updated calendars for IRT
meetings. However, all IRTs have wiki pages created for them
and we encourage you to consult them for updates on IRT
work:
