Thanks to all who were able to participate in yesterday's meeting. Please find a

Recap of topics covered:

Review of IRT comments on Draft Implementation Plan

ICANN org reviewed an IRT question regarding the Human Rights Impact Assessment and two suggested edits to the Summary of Recommendations section.

All IRT comments were resolved, and the Implementation Plan was finalized. The Final Implementation Plan is
located here.

Introduction of Draft Requirements Flow Visual
-
ICANN org reviewed the recent history of the accreditation discussions: Threshold Question B >
requested guidance from the GNSO Council on whether the policy recommendations would preclude any of the 4 IRT discussed accreditation models >
GNSO Council’s guidance.

ICANN org introduced the Requirements Flow Visual (PDF attached) - noting that it is based on the guidance received from the GNSO Council and IRT discussions on potential accreditation models.

ICANN org clarified that the intent is to focus IRT discussions on the flow of requirements to reach alignment for the Consensus Policy.

Review the
Requirements Flow Visual (link to PPSAI IRT working folder - access is restricted to IRT members) and post initial comments by the
end of day 29 January. Please find instructions for posting comments in this file
attached.

Following receipt of IRT input, the IPT will review and respond to the IRT’s comments in advance of the next IRT meeting.

Thursday, 5 February at 15:30 UTC (.ics attached).

The goal of this meeting is to review and discuss all comments posted on the Requirements Flow Visual and facilitate further discussion on the flow of requirements.
