We have updated the instruction for reviewing and commenting on the Threshold Questions that are being presented to you for review.

Leon will go over this with the IRT at tomorrow’s meeting, but I am assigning this task to ensure all IRT members are aware of proper ways to make the comments.

There will be specific task assignments following this task but please complete this task before working on other tasks.
