Hi Michele and all,

Yes. ICANN will provide an explanation in writing (building upon Xavier’s presentation yesterday) about the factors that were used to reach the proposed fees structure (estimated costs being one of the three factors that influenced the proposal). We hope to have this for the group next week.

Will ICANN be providing a detailed breakdown and rationale for the proposed fees structure?

We’ve been asking for this for some time and to the best of my knowledge nothing in writing beyond the very high level fees list has been forthcoming.
