Hello IRT,

Meeting Topics Covered:

Reviewed updated P/P providers for the purpose of the PPSAI policy based on the 23 April discussion and introduced non-affiliated entities for IRT discussion
Reviewed two updated flow of requirements diagrams - 1. Updated based on input and 2. Updated based on input and revised to include non-affiliated entities
Discussed IRT member proposal provided on the email list

In light of the differing IRT perspectives on who should be considered P/P providers for the purpose of this policy, the group will not finalize the P/P providers or Flow of Requirements diagram to allow for additional discussion.

To further inform IRT discussion and drive the conversation towards resolution on these outstanding issues for alignment, ICANN org will develop and introduce a list of PPSAI Consensus Policy requirements for P/P Providers.

ICANN org Task:

Develop list of PPSAI Consensus Policy requirements for P/P Providers and share with IRT in advance of the next meeting.

Next IRT meeting:

The IRT’s next meeting will be on Thursday, 21 May at 15:30UTC.
Meeting Objective: Review and align on list of P/P Consensus Policy requirements.
