Thank you for completing the assignment to provide comments of Clarifying Questions. As you’ll see, there were many.

We are now going through and providing answers to your questions.

As I’ve asked, if you see questions, you know the answers to, please don’t hesitate to add your reply.

Let’s work as a team to address every question using our collective knowledge and experience.

You’ll note that some questions are directed to PPSAI PDP WG; some to the on-going Transfer Policy WG, and there is one to RrSG member.

In these cases, we will defer to the members of those groups. We’ll make note of them as we go to get your attention too.

Some questions were coded as Question & Concern. In this case, we’ll try to answer the question part and leave the concern discussion for later.

The questions should be about the policy recommendation language in the Final Report. Other questions should be addressed at later time.

The goal of this task is to gain common understanding of the policy recommendations provided in the Final Report; as written.

This is the 2^nd task we discussed at the IRT meeting today.

Per the instruction given at the meeting and the guideline on working with the Cementable document, ask your Clarifying questions to better understand a recommendation” focused on Section 1.3.1 where you’ll find Recommendations 1 to 21. Please make your comments to start with “1. Question …” to separate from the notable concerns you’ll be asked to make with another task with a later due date.

We expect that this document will get busy soon, and we plan to collect, sort, and track all comments in the IRT workbook.
