You are correct. The legal review is not complete yet. I’m awaiting an ETA. 

Peter Roman raised a couple of issues off-list that I suggested we could discuss this week during our regularly-scheduled time slot, if he is available. I’m awaiting his response re availability this week. If he is available to discuss this week, we will meet Tuesday; if not, we will cancel as the results of the legal review aren’t back.

Steve , today is July 6, I would suspect after the damming eu letter, we can safely say ICANN review by end of June is a no.  Of course unless ICANN can pull out a tardis  (you and I are old enough to know what that is ;) ) (dr who for thosr that do not know y oungens) and aend us back 20 odd years ...
