Is the recommendation implementable as written? 7 Oct 2024 IRT is welcomed to complete this task earlier than the due date. Reminder: It is challenging but we MUST stay within our remit of “implementation,” It’s easy for us to get into “policy making” discussion which is not the purpose of the IRT.
