Hi Amy, Section 8.3 Tier 3 certification. What are we trying to achieve here? For all people know we run a WHOIS server on an iPhone here in a Tier 4 data center :) This requirement is not present within the RAA 2013 and the WG has no mention regarding what type/tier of a data center is required.
