The internal team is currently reviewing and I expect that we will be ready to bring items back for discussion during our regular 1400 UTC call time on 28 August. Privileged and/or confidential information (if there is any in the document) won’t be distributed, but all substantive issues and questions that were identified through this review will be shared with the IRT for discussion. To address your question Steve—your observation about the IRT’s status over the past several months is noted. I’ll absolutely share the markup and any related questions and/or discussion topics as soon as they are ready for distribution. Hi Steve and All, The most preferred call day/time option in the poll was Thursdays at 1600 UTC. The materials are still in the final stages of review--I'll send them to the list as soon as I have approval to do so. At this stage, it may not be until next week, but you will have materials prior to when the IRT meets. Since the IRT has been in virtual stasis for some six months now, and since the external legal review you refer to is close to two months tardy (Akram had indicated it should be completed before the end of June), I hope we can avoid losing yet more time. Can you plan to circulate the "items for discussion" as well as any accompanying documents well in advance of our next call, so that we can seek to take action on them then without further delay?
