Thanks, Steve. I see your responses in the survey tool (I will email you a copy separately). I believe the issue may be with the ‘thank you’ message that appears at the end of the survey. On certain browsers it triggers the ‘enable cookies’ message, on others it doesn’t. However, it shouldn’t affect responses to the survey, but if anyone wants to double check, do not hesitate to reach out to staff off-line.

I just filled in the survey. When I hit the Submit button, I got back a message that I need to enable cookies. Did the system really discard what I wrote?

If not, please use what I wrote. I would also appreciate a copy of it.
If so, please shut down the survey system. This is not acceptable system behavior.
