Thanks, Steve. I see your responses in the survey tool (I will email you a copy separately). I believe the issue may be with the ‘thank you’ message that appears at the end of the survey.
On certain browsers it triggers the ‘enable cookies’ message, on others it doesn’t. However, it shouldn’t affect responses to the survey, but if anyone wants to double check, do not hesitate to reach out to staff off-line.
