Dear All, In relation to agenda item #3, note that the staff support team has updated the google doc to reflect the proposed changes by staff to resolve outstanding issues as well as some additional edits from the CPH to address the input received from ICANN Compliance (see https://docs.google.com/document/d/1e5rUm-AFFDgNOU3OcT7ABu4InGwPiUyb/edit). To facilitate your review: * On page 1-2 you will find the current version with highlighted in yellow and strikethrough the proposed updates to get to a final version * On page 3 a clean version * From page 4 onwards the previous version with all comments and edits We would recommend that in advance of the meeting, you review the clean version on page 3 and identify whether there are any aspects that your group cannot live with. As a reminder, this description would be included in the write up. If there are other aspects of the discussion that the group thinks need to be highlighted or provided for context, this can be done in other parts of the write up.
