For this week’s Board Readiness meeting, I suggest the following agenda: 

1. I’d like to conduct another test interview. Thomas, could we interview on the Registration Data Phase 2 EPDP. I know you have prepared on IGO/INGO issues but I think that the EPDP Phase 2 will have a lot to teach us and having multiple interviews there is important. I think we will interview you later on the IGO/INGO PDP so your work won’t be lost. I literally picked a name out of the hat. Justine, can you be the leading questioner?

3. Status of responses to our invitations. How should we follow up?

4. Review slides for GNSO Council update (attached). What do you think of the last slide?

I know this agenda is over-packed. Can we start 30 minutes early again? I will write back with a new start time if everyone agrees.
