I made an adjustment to the information packet that I sent earlier. Our team had developed a separate set of questions for Board members / liaisons, as opposed to those who were on the PDP team. I have added those questions to this packet. As with other Board member participants, we expect the questions to diverge from the planned list, once the conversations starts.
As with other Board member participants. I have also included (retained) the questions to be asked of the PDP team as a reference for you.
Let me know if I have confused you or if you have any other questions.
As I mentioned earlier, the ICANN staff support will be after you to arrange a time.

I am writing to see if you are willing to be interviewed by a small team of GNSO Counsellors, who are investigating whether PDP processes can be amended in any way to improve chances of Board approval. (We call it “Board Readiness.”) In this case, we’ll be focused on the Subsequent Procedures PDP. It’s been some time but I am sure you remember your experiences there in a way that would be helpful to the study.
The interviews generally take between 45 minutes and an hour, and, in any case, are limited to one hour.
I have attached an “information packet” that might help you prepare. It includes a brief review of the EPDP history, the Board rejection reasoning, and a list of questions that we will follow in the interview. There are likely to be a few supplemental questions based on your responses and areas of interest that arise.
If you agree, the ICANN Policy Support Team (copied here) will work with you to find convenient times. (If you think you might find time during the ICANN meeting, please let us know that.)
We have completed an initial set of interviews with those who participated in the Registration Data (Phases I&II) EPDP and so have some practice.
