You might remember that, after a trial interview with Susan, we thought that the questions should be amended in some way.

The amendments I am suggesting here, apply to the first question about “surprise.” Under the initial brand question, I ask the interviewee to consider if s/he was surprised about pended or rejected recommendations for different “categories” of rejection: cost, Bylaw violation, need to consult with the GAC, wording clarification.

I also slightly recorded some of the other questions to make them more germane to SubPro.
