Everyone else: I hope you do not mind that I reiterate that I am not looking for edits, but rather comments: should things be rearranges; is a recommendation off in some way; should there be a reordering; there is too much/little explanation for something. So please focus on the big picture and provide input regarding what would make the report meaningful and clear. 

(I just happened to read an article describing why the author hates google docs because of the urge readers have to focus on minutiae rather then substance.)

On recommendations regarding team composition, I think it is best to point out factors of different models that might result in Board Readiness / Unreadiness.
