Thanks for attending. Can you take the lead on interviewing? My thinking is that Thomas and I were part of those EPDP, so you could ask the neutral questions to begin and then Thomas or I could ask more leading questions if there is an area of interest. As the interviewer, I’d also ask you to ask follow-up questions first to get at some of the issues that were raised in the earlier interviews. We want to gain an understanding of: 

If you’d prefer to decline, I welcome Thmas in the interviewing role.

Excuse my lack of memory. I presume this interview is to cover both EPDPs. Is that correct? Has Avri received the revised information packet covering both EPDPs and the Board set of questions?
