Hi Julie and GNSO Secs: 

 

Thanks for responding to my request to call these meetings of the Board Readiness Team (I can’t believe we haven’t come up with an acronym for us). 

 

While this has been the standing time for our past meetings, I have come realise that, for example, Justine has had a standing commitment at the same time and can never make this time, and that Susan, Tom and others have unavoidable commitments that pop up and often cannot make this time. It goes without saying that work is more important than this. (Even though I just did.)

 

With this in mind, I have two requests: 

 

1) Can every member of the team (Jennifer, Justine, Prudence, Susan, Thomas) respond in the next day or so as to whether s/he can make these two times? For me, I can and will make them but it conflicts with other meetings and I’d rather have it at a different time. 

 

2) Can the support team release a couple doodle polls to find a time everyone can meet? Please provide many times but none starting earlier than 6am or after 11pm for anyone, and can the team select as many times as possible to attend? (I am back in Oz.)

 

My goal is to have all six of us on these two calls.
