Regarding the posting of materials for the Board Readiness briefing, I have attached: 

1. a draft slide deck for posting. There might be minor edits. It is long but only to provide the first time audience (since this is an ICANN meeting) with background
2. the PDF of the Report. Please use this version as I found another three typos (one misspelling and two formatting goofs). The word version of the report is at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1nIgezIPb7qgU2kBYFLZnZeuSAqWoMKxB/edit 
3. the agenda

I have posted the revised version of the report and the agenda to the team two times. I have had a discussion about the report and agenda with Justine, resulting in our agreement on both and have received the approval of Susan on the revised doc. There have been no other comments. 

I take responsibility that the team agrees with these material as they are.
