I make this suggestion based on the fact that Justine has done an interview, I don’t think Jen and Thomas have. But I could be wrong and could be open to suggestion. 

We can make changes as. Alate as the start of the meeting.

Hello Kurt,

We have 2 interviews scheduled at this time. Amr's interview is scheduled for Tuesday 25 Feb, and Chris Lewis-Evans' is scheduled for Tuesday 04 March.

We included the names of the members who said they could attend the interview in the email invitations:  for Amr's interview Jen and Thomas are listed, and for Chris' the volunteers are Jen and Justine.
