Thanks for this. A couple of preliminary comments:

It's probably worth distinguishing between 'non-adoption' vs 'pending'; for eg, I believe Rec 9.1 was marked pending on 16 March 2023 (not non-adopted). "Non-adopted" is an ICANN Board term of art, which means "rejects", so Rec 9.1 was not/never rejected, it was eventually adopted with clarification.

It's also worth including a reminder of how a rec (which may have been non-adopted) moved to eventual adoption either through a clarification (eg. Rec 9.1) or evolution to a supp rec (eg. Rec 17.2)

It's a bit misleading to say that Rec 17.2 was adopted on 8 June 2024. Rec 17.2 was non-adopted on 10 September 2023, and it was Supp Rec 17.2 that was adopted on 8 June 2024.
