On Q3, the doc says: Don’t remember policy being a surprise, more of a shock on architecture being designed. Recall difficulty by different people accepting different things.” Do you (or anyone) remember what Avri meant by different people? Different policy makers / liaisons, different Board members, something else?
On Q6, I think the answer is as simple as the community will use the same checklist as the Board. But I might be over-simplifying or mis-understanding and will defer to the response of others.
