See below. We need the approval of you all before we can publish the agenda and slightly revised Board Readiness report to the Council.

I had sent these materials earlier. Justine and I had an exchange and a conversation about it. For the rest of you, I assumed silence was assent but evidently not. Maybe I should have started my email with, “On behalf of the Board Readiness team…"

There are three attachments here, two will go to the Council: the agenda and the report of the Board Readiness team, The third attachment is the description of the one recommendation that I amended for clarity.

Please respond in the next several hours and let me know if these are acceptable to send out.

As we discussed, I am attaching an email to the Council (I no longer have mailing privileges) that provides and agenda and materials for the Council Work session on Board Readiness. It should have two PDFs attached to it, the Agenda and the Report

If anyone on staff thinks that edits are in order or if the attachment should be turned into a link, that’s fine. Just make the edits and send on in your preferred format.
