I have placed an asterisk in front of a couple comments where I was uncertain about my recording (poor hand writing, lack of attention to detail, etc.). But as I said, please make any corrections you see fit.

Thank you Terri for the details, I see I have been named as part of the interviewing duo. Just a note that I have to leave 5 mins before the top of the hour to host a subsequent call. In the case that we go for the full hour, will have to rely on small team colleagues to bring us home.
