Hi Everyone: 

Good news and bad news. 

I have edited the Findings doc, trying to improve sentence structure and clarity. 

The bad news is that, when looking at the Google doc, I saw that some of the formatting (of bullets) was off - as so often happens when converting a Word doc to a google thingee. Rather than wrestle with that, I used my original document and edited it. It is attached. 

To make it more confusing, the initial additions I made last week (to add the SubPro material) is in red font, while my latest changes are in whatever colour your computer assigns. 

Maybe it is better to start with a clean document if we are making a new google doc. With that in mind, I have included redline and clean versions.
