I had an action item to dig out the SubPro Small team scorecards dealing with the suite of recommendations that the Board initially did not adopt.  I think these are the main ones.  On the individual “non-adopted” recommendations where we went on to develop supplemental recommendations there are other working documents and was further engagement with the Board members, but I think those are probably too much in the weeds

I have attached detailed notes of the discussion today on the development of the Board Readiness Survey. I will highlight some action items below along with some information shared by Caitlin on a previous survey used for the GNSO liaison to the ODP and ODA.
