Update on Board Readiness
Hi Board-readinessers: [[I HIT SEND MONDAY MORNING IN AUSTRALIA} I am not sure when you will receive this email. We are currently without power and Wifi. It is Sunday here, Saturday in the US. I’ll be sending these along shortly: 1. Revised notes from the Amr, Chris and Alan interviews. Please review them. Staff might send them out to the interviewees after waiting a few days. * I haven’t reviewed the notes from Alan yet and do not have them downloaded to my laptop. I’ll turn them around as soon as I get online. * The revised notes from Amr are below the notes that Jennifer delivered. * The revised notes from Chris are in place of the notes Justine delivered. I started editing those notes directly before I realised I hadn’t downloaded them. Sorry Justine. 2. I have revised the questions some in prep for the SubPro interviews. They’ll arrive in your mailbox separately. 3. Brian King s back in! I asked staff to find some candidate times. 4. Action items. * Staff to add the notes from the latest interviews to our current set of notes * Team to review those and roughly draft any preliminary recommendations. We should each bring some to the table at our next meeting. 5. Agenda for next meeting * Pause reflect and recommend changes to what we are doing * Discuss results from interviews and possible conclusions * Discuss changes to question sets for SubPro Let me know what you think about all of this. Yep - they were very helpful. It is easy editing a doc, what is harder is starting with a blank sheet of paper and making something of that.
