We have scheduled the upcoming Board Readiness Small Team meeting for Monday, 2 June 2025 at 12:30 UTC. The proposed agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Timeline * Interview schedule * Report compilation 1. Discussion of findings 2. Council update Attached is a rough timeline that staff has compiled to optimistically aim to present the findings and recommendations to the GNSO Council on its 14 August meeting. There are a number of interviews to complete for SubPro prior to the report and recommendation completion. Given ICANN83 and subsequent summer holidays, scheduling may be tricky. (Obviously it will be dependent on interviewee schedules and the availability of Small Team members and staff). However, this is an proposed timeline to show what would need to be accomplished in order to meet this deadline to allow time to interview, discuss findings, draft and finalize recommendations, and prep a presentation for the August Council meeting.
