Hi John: Do you have a Word version of the report for editing. I have no substance to add but some slight re-organisation would aid in reader understanding. I am particularly thinking of the recommendation 4.2 where there are several recommendations that could be organised/ordered/categorised in a better way. The idea came to mind when I was creating the slide deck describing the paper. I think it’d be okay to re-issue a slightly revised paper without changing any of the substance.
