Dear All,

Following today’s call, staff have revised the proposed guidelines for 2.2/2.3 (Rejection Action), 3.1 (NomCom Director Removal), 3.2 (SO/AC Director Removal), and 3.3 (Board Recall). In light of today’s discussions, the changes are mainly related to who/how/where a Petition shall be submitted, as well as clarification on when the clock starts. In addition, staff also revised additional sections to clarify certain GNSO actions.
