Subject: Role of NCA's Ed,

With reference to the recent discussion touching on the
role and purpose of NomCom appointees in the GNSO council,
I just wanted to reiterate my very strong view, based
on my experience as NCA, that the NCA's should be full
participants in all issues before the Council. This most
definitely includes the new community powers - I do believe
the NCAs have a very strong role.
