Thanks very much, Ariel, both for your help in editing the timeline and in circulating to the DT. My thinking with the conservative schedule is that we still have a lingering dependency in working with the ccNSO to finish 18.12, and we have 3 more topics to discuss. I am concerned that it isn't helpful to Council if we push the timeline out now and push it out again later. Hence Ariel, Julie and I have factored this in, thinking it's great if we deliver early, but rather poor if we deliver late or extend the workplan a second time.

If there are no objections to this revised work plan, I will send to Council leadership next week with an explanatory note similar to the paragraph above.

Please don't forget to review the latest Google docs that Julie circulated - focus your attention on 18.12, as the new work plan has us spending the entirety of our next call (12 June) on this issue to wind it up before moving on to 3.1. If there are still matters to resolve with the ccNSO regarding 18.12 after our 12 June call, we can follow up with Katrina, Bart, etc at ICANN65 and hopefully that will keep us on track to turn our full attention to 3.1 on return from ICANN65.

As suggested by Heather, the revised work plan is more conservative than the previous version, leaving sufficient time to address each item. By overestimating our time than underestimating it, we would avoid revising the workplan yet again.
